Where can I get BRIGHT blue permanent hair dye!?
i've never seen rainbow colors in a permanent hair dye. the most you will ever find is semi-permanent, and usually they are just temporary.

i know sally's has a ton of brightly colored hair dye. that will be your best bet. they have a brand that i can't remember the name of. i like it though. it comes in a little plastic bottle. they also sell manic panic there.
Reply:Try Chatters Salon and Spa.

And you can also use "food colouring" but once you get into the shower it will come out.

But you wet your hair down wet you want it to be blue, then you put the food colouring on your hands and then start rubbing it into your hair then blow drie it and it will be bright blue!

trust me it works!
Reply:Ask your grandmother or any elderly woman..most of them would be likely to know where .The color blue was popular among elderly women when they wanted to color their hair before it was ever even considered for hair dye as it is now.
Reply:oh! i want that color on my tips too!!!

ColourPulse by Loreal.

Reply:That's not going to work out because PISD doesn't allow any hair to be an "unnatural color". And if it's permanent it might last into the school year, I don't know. Even if it doesn't last, you'd still have to chop it off anyways, and weren't you like "how-about long and curly?" It won't be long no more.
