I have short brown hair, blue eyes, and fair skin. My dress is a long almost royal blue gown. It has one strap on the left side. I need serious help. I want an elegant look, and with the make up, I want my blue eyes to pop since I have a blue dress... but I have no idea how to go about this.

I had a long royal blue gown too. I actually got my hair cut (shoulder length) the day of my prom and ONLY had time to blowdry it straight.... I had NO fancy up do or anything! But I got so many compliments (even extra attention from ex-boyfriend!)
I think it looked really glam, a little unexpected, and really sexy with a long sleek gown, you might be surprised.
