What is a good color for a bedroom that goes with royal blue(ceiling)? for a teenager?

If you want the royal blue to stand out and be the focus then suggest a warm colour in red, orange, or yellow. (inspires energy)

If you are wanting to achieve a more serene environment in which the royal blue somewhat blends in, then I suggest green, purple, or different shade of blue. (have calming effect)

Your options are endless! Boy or girl?

You can go with silvers, chrome, grey etc. Or wood tones tans, bieges carmel colors.

Good luck!
Reply:i think if you have a royal blue ceiling you should probably want to stay with blue. i would say probably a light blue.
Reply:baby blue and lavendar. or grey and silver. or a dark plum purple. white.
Reply:I think white or light yellow. Go to the site in the Internet of any of the well known paint companies like Sherwin Williams or Glidden. They will give many combinations for any color you want. That's what I use for deciding the colors for my home painting.

Reply:i would go with orange!! GO BRONCOS!!
Reply:A nice pale blue would look good maybe!
Reply:Gray is incredible with that combination, and an offwhite trim.
Reply:Stay away from reds and oranges. They will clash with the dark blue. If the person likes lime green, that would be a nice color to consider. Accent pillows with royal blue, lime green and white. Royal blue always looks good with beige and browns.
Reply:cream, beige, tan, burgandy, forest green
Reply:black or white
Reply:Light, sky blue walls would look nice.
Reply:If you go to Behr.com you can find colors that complement or are in harmony with a selected color. Just find the one that most closely represents your Royal Blue and go from there. At Home Depot you can do the same thing. Good Luck!
