go to the salon and ask them to do it for you but i don't know if it u can do it permanetly maybe u might have to go every five months or something

Reply:I suggest going to a professional for a dye job this extreme. In order to dye it royal blue you have to bleach the area where you wanna dye (in ur case the top), so they'll just take the top layer of ur hair. If your using a professional don't fret about bleaching. I have my hair dyed purple and it didn't damage mine...and mind u it's purple.





from there they'll just apply the dye to the top of ur head and tada! Royal blue hair on the top of ur head
