Reply:Uhm...well..I am a man so I do not really know about make-up accessories but I suppose maybe a light, white-ish color may look nice with a blue dress. Just don't go too overboard, you may scare some guys away. o.o But just put whatever YOU think would look good. ;]
Reply:A nice golden ivory, I think that would complement your skin tone and go well with the color choices. Also, you would do well to avoid super-super bright or vibrant colors as you probably already have enough bright colors!
